Windforce Technology provides engineering and consulting services to the clean energy industry, and designs and manufactures distributed small wind turbines. We encourage energy independence via distributed small wind, solar photovoltaic, and pumped hydro coupled with battery energy storage systems to enable energy management via artificial intelligence (AI).
We operate a bit differently compared to most companies. We are an ultra-lean six sigma Ai company. We keep headcount low, build and employ Ai agents, mentor core "top talent" employees and freelancers (contractors) with subject matter expertise, and have 10,000+ global manufacturing partners via cloud manufacturing, all connected via our engineering-manufacturing application programming interface (API).

Manufacturing
Windforce Technology Cloud Manufacturing (CM) is our revolutionary approach to distributed small wind turbine (D-SWT) production that has radically transformed our manufacturing capability by harnessing the power of cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (Ai), and factory automation. Cloud Manufacturing (CM) technology enables product customization, manufacturing efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction via seamless real-time collaboration with suppliers, sparking innovation and streamlining our entire supply chain and procurement process, leading to high quality, reduced lead-time, and cost control.
Cloud Manufacturing is cost-effective and eliminates requirements for on-premises personnel and infrastructure, reducing headcount and capital expenses for equipment. Our global network of 10,000+ cloud-based resources enable rapid prototype builds and scalability, enabling delivery of our small wind turbines at the lowest levelized cost of energy (CoE) for each power class. In cases where vertical integration make sense, we add manufacturing equipment and personnel to support a particular cell such as additive (3D) printers, plasma tables, CNC mill-drills, and others. However, in most cases, our Cloud Manufacturing process is fully capable of supporting demand.

Our rapid quote engine puts artificial intelligence and machine learning to work in real-time to quickly provide project price and lead-time.

Our manufacturing workforce is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, and AS9100D certified. We are six sigma master black belts and use the six sigma toolbox to effectively and strategically improve continually.

Our precision engineering and manufacturing processes are perfect for aerospace, defense, automotive, medical, robotics, industrial, consumer electronics industries, and others. We offer material certifications, finishing certifications, inspection reports, and hardware certifications, as required.
Capabilities: tube cutting and bending, sheet metal cutting and bending, CNC 5-axis mill-drill, plasma cutting up to 3-inch plate steel, waterjet cutting up to 5-inch plate steel, CNC lathe, 3D printing (additive), laser cutting and engraving, injection molding, urethane castings, PCB (printed circuit board) production and testing, wire harnesses, and much more.
