Windforce Technology engineering and consulting service include: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Software, and CAD (SolidWorks). We provide owner engineer and independent engineer services including project management with comprehensive schedules developed in MS Project and build basic to complex financial models. We are system integrators building custom solutions to solve minor to complex problems on wind turbine, solar photovoltaic, and pumped hydro projects.

Data analysis and visualization is critical to effectively eliminate waste and optimize performance. We perform complex data analysis using tools from Dassault Systems, ETAP, and AutoDesk, and generative artificial intelligence (AI). Our expert investigative field engineers perform independent quality assurance-control of field work, root cause analysis of component failures managing the process to effective actionable corrective actions. Windforce builds AI agents for business optimization to drive down project operating expenses and improve reliability and energy production of clean energy projects. We are certified six sigma master black belts, electrical and general contractors, and a certified UL508 panel shop with ISO 9001:2020 certification.

In addition to providing engineering and consulting services, we develop, manufacture, and sell products for distributed small wind, solar photovoltaic, and pumped hydro. We employ ultra-lean cloud manufacturing (CM) to keep headcount low and enable us to painlessly scale to meet demand. Our manufacturing capabilities are unlimited - we can build virtually anything via our 250+ partners. Documentation is managed via Diataxis and software development is streamlined with Claude Code (AI).

Windforce Technology leverages experience and creative engineering-manufacturing processes, agentic artificial intelligence (AI), and ultra-lean six sigma to design, engineer, and manufacture distributed small wind turbine technology with extreme rotor diameters and innovative features for power classes ranging from 1 kW to 100 kW in horizontal-axis and vertical-axis configurations. Our engineering expertise based on boots-on-the-ground experience at large-scale utility grade projects enable us to turn progressive concepts into real world advancements in distributed small wind turbine technology.

Effective use of key software applications and generative AI plus machine learning enable us to create sub-100 kW wind power plants that would typically require many employees. Our prototyping and manufacturing support includes 250+ companies that are inter-connected with our engineering team of core engineers, AI agents, and freelancers.

We are driven by the positive impact that high performance small wind turbines can have on our energy independence when coupled with battery energy storage and hybrid power plants including solar photovoltaic, pumped hydro, and diesel/gas generators.
