Reliable and innovative designs for generators, inverters, controls, and battery energy storage systems are managed via Ai enabled independent grid operator-level control and monitoring integrated controllers. Our controllers provide wide-ranging capabilities including micro-grid, hybrid wind-solar-battery, and other configurations with complex control strategies, data visualization via our SCADA software, and more.
We can pre-program our controllers for custom applications including diesel/gas generators, battery energy storage systems, micro-grids, island systems, and more. Controllers offer complete flexibility and scalability to any size of project utilizing any energy-power resources.

Foundations
Foundation options include standard rebar/form-and-pour concrete, pre-fabricated concrete, field-assembled steel structure (direct-burial), and screw-in steel anchors. Using Ai and Machine Learning (ML), our ultimate goal is to deliver wind turbines that self-install via automation.

Towers
Monopole towers with heights of 6m, 9m, 12m, 15m, 18m, 24m, and 30m for most configurations and power classes, plus options for hydraulic tilt-up/down. Optional lattice/truss towers using Rohn 25G and 45G towers. Mount controllers and inverters to towers at height to prevent theft in remote locations or stand-alone mount at ground level.

Composites: Blades | Towers | Structural
Partnering with composite engineering and manufacturing specialists to develop carbon-fiber blades, towers (telescoping), and other components with the goal of producing the lightest (kg/kw) wind turbines for all power classes in vertical- and horizontal-axis configurations. Our focus is on improved composite structures, weight-cost optimization, and creating fully recyclable small wind turbines for complete life cycle benefits.

Battery Energy Storage Systems
Small wind turbines (SWT) with battery energy storage systems integrate seamlessly with existing solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. Our systems maintain smooth communication between components, while programmable logic features offer flexibility and customization of energy management. Redundancy options in CAN and hardware ensure uninterrupted operation even in critical situations in island, micro-grid, and utility-parallel operations.

Controllers, Circuit Boards, and Firmware-Software
Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) custom designed to your specifications and requirements, reverse engineering and manufacturing of obsolete circuit boards, retrofit controls & software with embedded microprocessors. Our standard integrated control panels include energy-power monitoring and management, specialized algorithms for PID, LVRT/OVRT, battery energy storage dispatch, and built-in programming for island (stand-alone), micro-grid, and parallel systems to create true energy independence and redundancy.

Generators
Permanent Magnet [PM] Radial-Flux (Horizontal-axis) and Axial-Flux "Magnetic-Levitation" (Vertical-axis) Generators with lifetime (25-years) bearings for zero maintenance.
